Hi, I’m Christy.

I partner with burnt-out moms who are raising neurodivergent kids and feeling completely alone in it.

I've been a school psychologist for 20 years, but more importantly, I'm a neurodivergent mom who's lived the overwhelm, the shame, and the isolation.

I teach nervous system regulation, co-regulation strategies, and school advocacy skills so families can stop reacting to meltdowns and start building a home where everyone gets to breathe.

I guide moms to trust themselves again and create a thriving neurodiverse home.

Imagine walking into school meetings with clarity and confidence. Learn how today.

We saw improvement in emotional regulation which led to better focus in school and overall better behavior.  He was finally able to catch up on a social level, and this helped him develop some meaningful friendships because he was able to apply the strategies we learned."
